I want
to make it out for one of these free concerts this season: Through August, Fort Lee hosts the Friday Live at Five concert series. A DJ begins at 5:00 p.m. at Hideaway, located next to Outdoor Recreation on 5th Street, off C Avenue, and the bands begin performing at 6:00 p.m.
Here’s the lineup for July & August 2011:
- July 8: Embers
- July 15: The Tams
- July 22: The Janitors
- July 29: Mo’Sol
- August 5: The Pizzaz Band
- August 12: The Rotations
- August 19: Hip Pocket Band
- August 26: Casper
As always, the bands are subject to change. Admission & parking are free, but outside food & beverage are not permitted. FYI–If you don’t have a DoD decal, be ready to show a driver’s license, vehicle registration & proof of insurance to access Fort Lee. All adult passengers in the vehicle should be prepared to show ID.
