The Oregon Hill Halloween Parade will take place on October 31, 2012, and this year, there’s An End of the World Halloween Parade: Welcome all Sinners & Saints! theme.
Free and public participation is necessary. Want to join in? Don your costumes, grab your instruments, & meet at Monroe Park at 7:00 p.m. Plus, you can be one of the people that carries larger-than-life puppets, including a crazy horse, unicorns, white owls, a three-headed wolf, tortured saints, or All the Saints’ super hero Ovulators.
Monroe Park is located at N. Laurel Street & W. Main Street, Richmond.
