Oysters + Oktoberfest
= OystoberFest.
From noon-6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 6, OystoberFest 2012 will take place at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church in Ginter Park.
There’ll be a Kids’ Zone ($5 for an all-day pass), ample oysters, + live music. Here’s the lineup:
- 12:30 p.m.: East of Afton
- 1:45 p.m.: The Orderlies
- 2:45 p.m.: Side Tracked
- 3:45 p.m.: Endymion
- 4:45 p.m.: Maki
Though OystoberFest is free to attend, there’s a suggested donation of $2.
St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church is located at 3602 Hawthorne Ave., Richmond. Parking is available at All Saints School (Walton Avenue and Noble Avenue), Ginter Park Presbyterian (Seminary Avenue and Walton Avenue), & Ginter Park Presbyterian Overflow Lot (Brook Road and Walton Avenue).
