Phase one of the Chihuly exhibition is complete–Red Reeds are now rising out of the fountain at VMFA. Want to take a peek at what you’re in store for when the rest of the temporary exhibition opens in October? You can combine your visit with this week’s free Jazz Café concert.
From 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. on Thursdays, you can stop by the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts for a free concert as part of its Jazz Café concert series, held in Best Café, and there are free tours, too.
Here’s the Jazz Café lineup for this week + the rest of October:
- October 11: M-Law and the Modern Jazz Prophets
- October 18: Against All Odds Band
- October 25: Neal Bowens Project
