The Holiday Shoppers Fair will take place at the Science Museum of Virginia from November 1-3, 2012. The Holiday Shopper’s Fair brings together interesting gifts from 14 of Richmond’s museums & cultural institutions, and it’s free to shop.
2012′s participating organizations include Agecroft Hall, American Civil War Center, Beth Ahabah Museum and Archives, Chesterfield Historical Society, Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, Edgar Allan Poe Museum, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, Library of Virginia, Preservation Virginia, Richmond Railway Museum, Science Museum of Virginia, Valentine Richmond History Center, Virginia Historical Society, & Virginia War Memorial.
It’s like one-stop shopping for all the impossible-to-shop-for people on my list.
The members-only preview will take place from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. on November 1. Regular hours for the Holiday Shopper’s Fair are 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on November 2 & 3, 2012.
