My girls would love for me to take them to this one:
On March 8, 2014, the Children’s Museum of Richmond is hosting its Kids’ Carniball: Destination South Pacific event at its Central (West Broad St.) location. There’ll be hula performances & workshops at 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m., basket-weaving demonstrations, appearances by Pirate Captain Greybeard, Parrots of Paradise, ukulele workshops with Fan Guitar and Ukulele at noon and 2:00 p.m., & more.
Kids’ Carniball is free with museum admission. Tickets for nonmembers are $8 for ages 1-59 & $7 for ages 60+.
Want to go on the cheap? If you have a 2014 Entertainment book, check pages E67 & E68 for BOGO admission coupons to the Children’s Museum of Richmond. FYI–There’s an online version, too, and I could access the online deals as soon as I ordered my book.
Children’s Museum of Richmond-Central is located at 2626 West Broad St., Richmond. 804-474-7000.
