Amtrak announces a three-day sale on select destinations on its popular Northeast Regional train service. Passengers can take advantage of low one-way rail fares for travel between New York and Baltimore (Penn station) or Washington. Sale also includes travel between Richmond and Washington.
Travel between Richmond and Washington is just $19 each way, Baltimore (Penn Station) and New York is just $38 each way, and Washington and New York is just $42 each way. The sale is available for purchase August 12 through August 14, 2014 for travel between September 16 and October 9, 2014. If you’re heading out of town during those dates, this is a great deal.
