Chickahominy Indian Tribe Fall Festival & Pow-Wow: September 24 & 25, 2011

On September 24 & 25, 2011, the Chickahominy Indian Tribe Fall Festival & Pow-Wow will take place on the Chickahominy Tribal Grounds in Providence Forge.

There’ll be American Indian arts & crafts, jewelry, paintings, & clothing, as well as American Indian Dancers. There’ll be food available for purchase–the flyer lists hamburgers & hot dogs on the menu, but I’d prefer to try something new-to-me, like the Indian Fry Bread.

You’re welcome to bring your own lawn chairs & blankets, but leave the pets at home.
