September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month. To support this cause, register for the 5th annual Race for CHAnge! 100 percent of the proceeds will fund pediatric cancer research grants with the hope that we can help improve outcomes for kids facing cancer!
RACE INFORMATION
To register for this family-friendly event, visit https://runsignup.com/raceforchange. The race is October 8, 2022. If you cannot make it to the race, consider racing virtually instead. For children, there is a Kid’s Fun Run, starting at 9:45 ($22.50). The 5k begins at 10:00 AM, and costs $36.
The race begins and ends at Kindred Spirit Brewing. Parking is available onsite. The course will follow scenic West Creek Parkway, which features beautiful scenery. Most importantly, this race is raising funds for pediatric cancer research in memory of Cooper Henry Abbott, who lost his battle to the disease in November, 2017, at age 9.
