Eat, drink and shop the work of over 150 artists at Craft + Design, The Visual Arts Center of Richmond’s 55-year-old craft show takes place at Main Street Station during the weekend of Nov. 22-24, 2019. All proceeds benefit VisArts. Craft + Design features artists from all across the country who specialize in ceramics, metal, glass, wood, fiber and recycled materials. Attend the McKinnon and Harris Patrons’ Preview Party on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and enjoy live music by Margox. The Rise + Shine Brunch will be Saturday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. and general admission shopping hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. A weekend pass includes access to Patrons’ Preview, Rise + Shine, unlimited general admission shopping and complimentary valet parking. Beer, wine and food will be available throughout the weekend. Annual shopper’s market features over 40 amazing vendors, just in time for the holidays. All profits from Holly Spree go toward our alumnae financial assistance awards, which benefit incoming and current students. There are two days to shop. Bring your little one for a trip to SantaLand where professional photos will be available. And if you get hungry, there are lots of goodies to eat, including Sally Bells. With over 40 vendors, you are sure to find holiday gifts for someone special. Door raffles a wine and cheese basket, and a Serenity Hills goods basket with naturally made soaps, scrubs, and lotions.
