Get ready for Richmond baseball in a brand-new venue!

To celebrate their brand-new stadium for the 2026 season, the Richmond Flying Squirrels will be hosting Nutzy’s Block Party at CarMax Park, 2705 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard, on Saturday, March 7.
The block party is a free event that is open to the public and will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at CarMax Park at the front entrance plaza near the blue parking lot.
CarMax Park’s new Squirrels Nest Team Store will open at 10 am to sell merchandise, souvenirs and more. Game tickets for the 2026 season will also be sold during the event, starting at just $10.
Activities
Block party festivities will include food and drinks, live music, children’s activities, games, vendors and mascot autograph sessions with Nutzy and Nutasha.
Perhaps the most exciting activity will be the ability to take a first in-person look at the new CarMax Park!
Free parking will be available in the red, green and yellow parking lots.
