If you missed out on Saturday Salutations at VMFA last summer, you’ve got quite a few chances to take a free yoga class in the coming months.
Project Yoga Richmond is once again partnering with the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts to offer free yoga classes. Bring your mat (and a hoop, if necessary), a towel, and some water, and head to VMFA for a free practice.
Be sure to arrive by 15 minutes early so that you have time to sign in & get situated before the practice begins. Since the yoga classes take place outside on VMFA’s Belvedere deck atop the Sculpture Garden, sunscreen is advised, and the event will be canceled if it rains.
