Are you ready for a monster of a good time?
On April 25th and 26th, Wind Vineyards, 854 Dunbrooke Rd in Tappahannock, Va. will be hosting its 5th Annual Wind Farms and Vineyards Bud Break Festival & Monster Truck Show!
The event is family friendly and will feature four world-class monster trucks, professional lawnmower races, children’s Power Wheels competitions, a monster truck called the Grape Crusher that you can ride, as well as bounce houses, games, and loads of fun activities for kids!
Times and Admission Price
Events are scheduled on both show dates, Saturday April 25 and Sunday April 26, at Wind Vineyards, 854 Dunbrooke Rd. Gates open both days at 1 p.m. and events are scheduled until 6 p.m., with the Monster Trucks doing their thing starting at 4 p.m.
Each day, tickets are $38.78 for adults, $31.58 for children ages 3 to 12. Children under 3 are admitted free.
Events (Saturday and Sunday)
1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Kids can play in bounce houses and participate in other games and activities while adults enjoy food and Wind Vineyards wines, sangria, and slushies. The Grape Crusher Monster Truck will be available to take those who dare for a thrilling ride and give them a taste of what it is like to ride on a real monster truck! (an additional fee is required to ride Grape Crusher) The Wind Farms Gem Mine will also be open, allowing patrons to purchase a bag of mining sluice and sift through to find gems!
3 p.m.
The FREE Pit Party opens, allowing attendees to check out the monster trucks and kids can touch them, get autographs from the drivers and take photos.
4 p.m.
Monster Trucks and Professional lawn mower racing.
