Dairy Queen celebrates National Ice Cream Day with free Dilly Bar for one week

Chill out with a cool freebie on National Ice Cream Day — July 19, 2026! And there’s no better place to celebrate the sweet day than at the king of all ice cream shops, Dairy Queen.

The shop has something sweet on the menu for all fans, including cones, sundaes, banana splits, Blizzards and, of course, the iconic Dilly Bar.

And, this year, DQ is giving away the Dilly Bar to celebrate National Ice Cream Day.

The Dilly Bar features DQ’s world-famous creamy vanilla soft serve encased in a crisp chocolate shell. The beloved frozen dessert has been on the ice cream shop’s menu since 1955, so you know it’s a fan favorite.

From July 13 to 19, 2026, Dairy Queen is offering a FREE Dilly Bar with any purchase of $1 or more at participating locations, while supplies last. You must place your order via the DQ app.
