There are lots of things to love about RVA – and one of them is the many different types of restaurants dishing up everything you can imagine. And Richmond Restaurant Week is a week of testing out many of the locals. Okay – so it’s not free and it’s not quite ‘cheap’ – but it’s delicious and it’s for a great cause! October 18-31, 2021 is when Richmond Restaurant Week takes place and you can get an incredible meal for under $30.
The whole dollar amount helps support Feed More, the Central VA Food Bank and Meals on Wheels, and the costs associated with Richmond Week.
No passes or coupons are required. It is recommended that you make reservations because this is a popular event in RVA. Some restaurants are walk-in while others are reservations only so be sure and check ahead of time.
Area Chefs flex their creativity creating a three-course price fixed menu following some basic guidelines, and offer it up all week for $30 per person. This is a great opportunity to enjoy your favorite spot in a new way, and to try new places, because on top of the great dining deal, the restaurants donate a portion from each meal to FeedMore, the umbrella organization for the Central Virginia Food Bank and Meals on Wheels. That money provides hundreds of thousands of meals for the hungry.
This is a perfect time to explore new restaurants, check out unusual menus, and have fun while supporting the community and neighbors in need.
