Sunflower season, July through September, is finished. If you love flowers you’ll love the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden and the Wind, Waves and Light exhibit as well as the stunning gardens at Maymont.
Sunflower fields around Richmond are a great escape from the city or suburbia and a breathtaking backdrop for family photos or a location for a cheap date. With the high season July through September the sheer number of bright yellow flowers are sure to impress and wow. Enjoy!
