The Children’s Museum of Richmond (CMOR) is re-opening its doors for play and discovery this weekend. From Thursday, September 17 through Sunday, September 20, 2020 the Children’s Museum is open to the general public and members. Until further notice the Children’s Museum’s weekly schedule will be Thursday – Sunday. The museums are open all year for daily fun with special nights and discounts to help those on a budget and with special needs access the fun offerings.

•Special Nights for Special Needs It’s a good time for kids who need a different type of experience.
•CarMax $1 Family Nights Got a few bucks? $1 buys admission to the Children’s Museum of Richmond, as part of the CarMax $1 Family Nights promo, no coupon required. Bring the whole family to enjoy what The Children’s Museum of Richmond – Central has to offer from 5:00-7:30pm on the second Friday of every month for just $1 per person! The $1 admission offer is valid from 5:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.. Check the calendar for the upcoming CarMax $1 nights at various locations.
The Children’s Museum participates in Museums for All. Guests who present their SNAP EBT card, EBT App, or WIC card will receive $2 admission for up to 4 individuals. Museums for All cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or membership.
•Military Personnel (and their guests) always receive $1 off of daily admission price.
Children’s Museum of Richmond Members can access the museum all year for the cost of a membership fee. Scholarships are available.
